Requirements:
This is an opportunity to lead Human Resources and provide strategic HR support to a large group of professionals and provide leadership support to our professionals located in the US and Canada. This will require a minimum of a 4-year degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business,  at least 15 years of HR experience that includes employment laws, compensation, training and employee relations, as well as, at least 5 years of leadership experience. Candidates must be willing to travel 25% for this role.
